Step 1: Which card does each person need?

Clinical staff and front-desk staff often need different courses. Confirm with your licensing board, insurer or accreditor before you book.

Step 2: Choose how to train

Most businesses with clinical staff choose on-site training. Online group accounts suit teams whose employer and board accept online cards.

Training is more useful when there's a device on the wall. Ask for both in one quote and your team practices on the model you own.

Frequently asked questions

Can my whole team be certified in one session?

Yes. On-site training certifies a group together, and staff who miss the date can use class vouchers later.

Do front-desk staff need BLS?

Usually not. BLS is a healthcare-provider course. Non-clinical staff typically take CPR/AED, sometimes with First Aid. Check your board and policies.

Is online group training enough?

Only where your board, insurer and policies accept online cards. Many dental boards and hospitals require an in-person skills test.
